Apex Bakery
Founded in 1924, Apex Bakery continues to produce fresh, artisanal bread and baked goods from recipes that date back to the 1800s. The burning heart of the operation could be said to be two things: the original Wood Scotch Oven which, despite its age, still bakes to perfection; and the Fechner family, whose love and passion have been fuelling the business for 2 generations.
