Yalumba
Founded in 1849, Yalumba is Australia's oldest family owned winery. The first vines were plated by Sameul Smith, a British immigrant and brewer, on a 30 acre parcel of land by moonlight. Samuel named his patch “Yalumba” – aboriginal for “all the land around”. Five generations on, Robert Hill-Smith continues the family tradition of growing and bottling the Barossa's finest grapes.
