The same commitment to the earth, the vines, and to traditional techniques that has made Barossa wine the best in the world is at the core of a relatively new local industry: coffee roasting. Barossa Coffee Roasters is the love and passion of Paul and Janelle Amos. Like many of Barossa’s cottage industries, Barossa Coffee Roasters grew from a desire to create a unique, premium product, that echoed the boutique wine industry. From humble origins, Paul and Janelle continue to roast small batch coffee beans, and hand-pack every bag.
