Steiny's Traditional Mettwurst

It's impossible to travel through the Barossa without trying Mettwurst. For those who have never heard of this traditional German delicacy, it is a strong flavoured sausage, made by preserving and smoking meat. Steiny’s has mastered this art over the last 20 years and produces the region’s best Mettwurst out of Tanunda. Steiny’s Traditional Mettwurst is created using a fermentation process similar to beer, wine and bread, which destroys bacteria but also cures, creating a truly unique flavor.
