Founded by Victoria McClurg in 2003, Barossa Valley Cheese Company offers the perfect compliment to the region’s heavy Shiraz, fruity Rieslings, and complex Cabernets. Victoria’s attitude is that food and wine are about joy, and joy needs to be shared. Now offering more than 25 different styles of artisanal cheese from Vache Curd and Barossa Haloumi to Barossa Washrind and Brie, all of Victoria’s creations are made from milk sourced from local cows and goats who she aptly names ‘her girls.’
