Cherie Hausler sources and grows her own ingredients in order to produce teas of exceptional flavour and finesse. An active food writer and restaurateur, Cherie made a ‘tea change’ to the Barossa Valley when she decided the only way to balance her food-filled life was to add an organic veggie patch and some chooks into the mix.
