Grown on the estate itself, Tathra Homestead’s extra virgin olive oil is picked and processed when the fruit is at it’s ripest – avoiding the need for chemical, or excessive heat. This ensures the oil’s remarkable health benefits, flavor and freshness. The Darmody family has been at the Tathra Homestead since 1991 and has reintroduced both plant and animal biodiversity to the property, while planting the olive grove.
