Next year marks the 100th anniversary of Haigh's Chocolates. Still a South Australian, family owned business, run by fourth generation Alister and Simon, Haigh's is one of only a few specialist chocolate retailers in the world making premium chocolate from the cocoa bean. Since opening their first store on King William Street, Adelaide, Haigh's has become synonymous across Australia for quality and finesse.
